Climb For A Wish – 24hr Hill Run
Join 89.9 The Wave in supporting Make-A-Wish Hero Mike Hamson as he runs from the Halifax Waterfront to the top of Citadel Hill National Historic Site FOR 24 HOURS STRAIGHT!!! He’ll be making his run on May 28th. Money raised goes towards creating hope for thousands of children with critical illnesses waiting for their wish! Donations can be made through the Make-A-Wish website.

HALIFAX GREEK FEST
After two years of take-out, Greek Fest is back with an in-person festival this weekend Greek Fest takes place at St. George’s Greek Orthodox Church at 1146 Purcells Cove Road, and runs from Thursday June 9 to Sunday June 12. The festival is open from 4pm-11pm Thursday and Friday, and 11am-11pm Saturday and Sunday. To order food, visit Halifax Greek Fest.
