Hootie reissue after 25 years

Hootie & the Blowfish are celebrating the 25th anniversary of the band's debut album,Cracked Rear View, this year. The monumental record is currently the tenth best-selling album of all time in the U.S., certified 21x Platinum by the RIAA since its 1994 debut, as well as the best-selling debut album of all time. Phil Collins releases ‘Other Sides’ & ‘Remixed Sides’

Phil Collins has spent the last few years meticulously revisiting his catalog. Last year, he delivered his career-spanning collaborations box set Plays Well With Others, and he recently released remastered expanded editions for all eight of his solo records. Now, he’s expanding upon those expansions with a pair of new digital-only compilations, Other Sides and Remixed Sides. Both collections will only be available for streaming or digital download beginning May 31st.

The film Rocketman is released

Corey Hart’s birthday

Born May 31, 1962 in Montreal, Quebec. His first fan letter came from a young lady in Halifax. He has sold over 16 million albums worldwide. Eric Clapton played on his first album. He speaks three languages. Corey was offered a screen test for the Hollywood blockbuster film “Back to The Future” in 1984.
