October 21, 1977 the first Meat Loaf album 'Bat Out of Hell' was released. The album has sold over 43 million copies around the world. It has spawned two sequel albums. Jim Steinman (wrote the album) is credited with the album cover concept, which was illustrated by Richard Corben. 'Jim and Meat' was an original working title for the album. Governor General Julie Payette dissolved the 42nd Parliament on September 11, 2019 on the advice of Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.
