We Are One Festival

FUTURES is excited to announce the We Are One Festival!
A Free Community Canada 150 Event!
Saturday, July 22 from 12 pm to 4 pm
61 Glendale Avenue, Lower Sackville

The We Are One Festival will be a fun-filled afternoon that will stimulate conversation and bring to the forefront the richness of our differences by celebrating diversity, inclusion, equity, culture and heritage in Nova Scotia. We will have a fun fair for youth with games and activities, as well as free food and refreshments including a BBQ, snow cones and cotton candy! There will be a concert with artists from different cultural groups sharing exciting performances onstage! Artists will open or be introduced with stories about the importance of inclusion within Canada, demonstrating a positive message of ‘We are all one, even if we aren’t the same’.
The We Are One Festival will be fun for all ages. We hope to create an opportunity for our community to engage in discussion and move forward with positive conversation when it comes to diversity and inclusion.
