HALIFAX POLAR PLUNGE

The ever-popular Halifax Polar Plunge for Special Olympics Nova Scotia returns in- person

• Plunger On-site Registration/Check-In:
  • Saturday, April 30^th, 2022
  • Halifax City Hall, Grand Parade Square, 1841 Argyle Street
  • Registration from 10:00 am – 11:00 am
  • If you miss check-in, you cannot plunge
  • You will be given a plunger bracelet and plunge number
  • After the plunge show your bracelet to receive your Polar Plunge Toque
• Opening Ceremonies:
  • Will begin at 11:00 am with opening remarks
  • Athletes Pledge
• Torch Run:
  • Will begin at 11:30 am
  • Plungers & on-lookers will follow members of the NSLETR to the plunge location
• The Plunge:
  • Plunges will begin at 12:00 pm at The Queen’s Marque, 1715 Lower Water Street
• BYOT (Bring Your Own Towel)
  • Raise over $300 for a FREE custom Polar Plunge towel!
• Parking could be a challenge – please come early!
• Costumes are encouraged – The crazier the better!
