Battery Drop-off Event

Join Dominik Diamond and 89.9 The Wave for a special battery drop-off event on August 18, at Canadian Tire in Bayers Lake from 10am – 2pm. You’ll have chance to receive a prize just for doing your part to protect the environment!

Got dead batteries lying around? Gather them up and bring them to our special event.

Be one of the first 50 people to drop off used batteries and you’ll receive a $10 Canadian Tire gift card. While supplies last. One per household.

Come learn more about battery recycling and pick up a home collection cube to make future battery recycling event easier. Plus, our collection partner Canadian Tire will be serving up delicious barbecue during the event, with all proceeds supporting their charity.
