Doctors want weak marijuana for recreational use

Three-quarters of Canada’s doctors, in a survey by the Canadian Medical Association, indicated Ottawa needs to regulate T-H-C levels in recreational marijuana. The C-M-A says these results don’t indicate whether doctors actually want the drug legalized…just that its potency be regulated.
