Pickup-police cruiser crash

A police officer was treated for minor injuries after his cruiser was hit by a pickup early this morning.

The officer was responding to a call for help from another officer around 3:00am when his cruiser was hit near Brunswick and Prince Streets.

A 19 year old man was arrested when the pickup was found on Highway 102 near the Dunbrack exit. The officer was treated by paramedics and released.
