More relief efforts for water shortage
The province has teamed up with the Retail Council of Canada, Sobey’s and Loblaws to deliver 83 pallets of water to the hardest-hit drought areas in the Southwest. Showers and potable water are available at several provincial parks in the Halifax area, and a DOT tanker truck is bringing non-drinking water to residents of the Barrington area.
