NBCC campuses evacuated

Three Nova Scotia Community College campuses were closed yesterday because of bomb threats.

The I-T campus in Halifax, Marconi campus in Sydney and Kingstec in the Annapolis Valley campus were evacuated of thousands of students.
The bomb threat came in by FAX. Police searched but found nothing.

Similiar bomb threats, again sent by FAX, forced closure of all public schools in PEI as well as UPEI and Holland College…again nothing was found.
