Changes to Heating Assistance Rebate Program

The province is making changes to the Heating Assistance Rebate Program.  The 2016-17 program will start accepting applications on Halloween, and feature a new online system and direct deposit option.  Eligible applicants can receive up to a $200 rebate for heating assistance.  For more and to apply online, visit novascotia.ca/heatinghelp.
