Man committed to trial on murder charge

A Judge has ruled there is enough evidence to send a Halifax man to trial on a second degree murder charge, according to Local Xpress.

The preliminary hearing of 25 year old Jordan Tewvin Dinelle Rodrigues wrapped up yesterday in the death of James Wareham in a Primrose Street apartment in 2011. Wareham was stabbed while trying to break up a fight and died in hospital later.

Rodrigues will be back in court November 24 to set dates for a trial.
