Provincial funding for NS book publishers

The province is giving $1.1 million to 11 Nova Scotia book publishers.  They already export to other provinces and countries, and this money is to help them move into the academic publishing market, translate current books into French and Spanish, and increase their new-titles list for sales worldwide.
