New ocean institute at Dal

Dalhousie University is going to be the headquarters of the Ocean Frontier Institute.  Ottawa is putting almost $94 million into it over seven years.

The Institutre will research ocean and ecosystem change, developing sustainable fisheries and aquaculture. UPEI, Memorial University and 8 international institutes are also involved.
