DESCRIPTION:The Italian Canadian Cultural Association of Nova Scotia (ICCA) will once again host hundreds of members of the community for its annual three-day Italian Weekend Festival on September 8 – 10\, 2017. \nJam-packed with authentic Italian cuisine and music\, along with Italian cooking and language classes\, “Italian Weekend” delivers Rome to Halifax in a three-day experience of Italy that the entire family can enjoy! \nAttendees will have the opportunity to enjoy films\, wine tasting\, games and face-painting for the children\, as well as the ever-popular Pesca game!! \nRun by volunteers\, the ICCA has become the city’s ‘Little Italy’ creating a space for Italian-Canadians to congregate\, along with many others who want to experience “La Bella Vita!”. \nMore than 200 volunteers spearhead this event every year.
