DESCRIPTION:Meraki Event Planning has partnered with Fitness Junkies to host the #IAmStrong Workout on Saturday\, March 4th in honour of International Women’s Day. We have invited 3 other women-run small businesses to participate in this 2 hour extreme-workout. Apple Valley CrossFit\, Kettlebell Krushers Fitness\, and The Yoga Hen Adventures will join us and each group will host a 25minute workout\, proving just how strong girls and women can be. The event will take place at the Evangeline Middle School gymnasium in New Minas\, and will run from 10an to noon.
