DESCRIPTION:Fri\, Jul 26\, 9:30 am \nSt Margarets Bay \nTodd’s Island \nLower Prospect \nThis paddle boarding event is open to women wanting to leave everything behind\, get out on the water\, escape and then find a new place of balance while paddling along some of Canada’s most beautiful coastline. Our trip will include an introductory warm-up\, safety and set up guidance\, basic skills instructions\, a paddle along the coast\, a stop at a private beach for a snack\, and if the waves and water play nice ~ maybe even a little yoga session and a swim for the brave before we head back.
