DESCRIPTION:Event:  Navy 10k Run\nDate:  Sunday\, 18 August 2019\nLocation:  Halifax\nStart Times:  1.25K – 0800\n2.5K – 0800\n5K – 0930\n10K – 0930 \nSince its inaugural year in 1986\, the Navy 10K Run has seen 1000’s of participants show their support for the men and women of the Royal Canadian Navy\, Canadian Armed Forces and their families. \nParticipants have run\, walked\, jogged and wheeled their way through the north end of\nHalifax while being cheered on by friends\, family and other supporters. \nThere are 1.25K and 2.5K runs within CFB Halifax for ages 14 and under. There are 5K and 10K races through the north end of Halifax for ages 8 and up. \nPSP Halifax is proud to organize the Navy 10K Run each year to celebrate the spirit of competition and promote active living within the military community. \n
