Free will donations welcome

Sunday morning I would LOVE to see you at Scotia Square Mall for Stair Heroes.  I’ll be the emcee for this unique, first-ever stair climb to be held in Halifax.  Together we will RISE-UP for the 1 in 5 Nova Scotians living with lung disease and raise critical awareness and funds for the Lung Association of Nova Scotia.
The hero theme is based on a partnership with Halifax Regional Fire and Emergency Services. Our community heroes will be joining us and climbing the 18 flight stairwell in full duty gear at Scotia Square to show their support of lung health!
We encourage everyone to register and participate (registration fee of $25) and to help raise critical donations.

Registration is at 8:00am

Our top fundraiser will win a GRAND PRIZE of a $1500 Westjet gift certificate.

There you have it.  Hopefully enough to keep you and the family busy through the long weekend!
