There’s a new desert delicacy in Nova Scotia.
Though it may sound odd at first, the restaurant Ploughman’s Lunch is generating headlines with their new rare treat, Water Buffalo Ice cream.
Apparently water buffalo milk is better to make soft serve ice cream with than anyone expected, “Buffalo milk has the exact amount of fat for soft-serve ice cream. So we thought we would just try that and it’s delicious” said co-owner Desi Gordon.
If you want to try this new frozen treat trend for yourself you’ll need to look for the Ploughman’s Lunch restaurant in West Dublin NS. The ice cream is so special, that it is only served on Thursdays and Fridays.
