General Fishing Season Starts April 1st!

No, it’s not an April Fool’s joke!

As we head into the long Easter weekend, a few things to note!

April 1st is not only April Fools day and Easter Sunday but it’s also the day you can cast your reel!

Fishing season opens across the province! Something new this year is that 16 and 17 year olds don’t need to pay for a license!  Although they will still require one to fish, there won’t be a charge.  Something new the Nova Scotia Federation of Anglers and Hunters is doing this year!
