Dirty diapers scattered across a NS community

Make it stop! An elderly couple from rural Nova Scotia says for years they’ve been forced to pick up dirty diapers and soiled clothing from the road that runs right in front of their house. The latest incident for Mary and Jack Skinner of Upper Branch, N.S., happened Friday night, when they discovered about 70 used baby diapers at the end of their driveway. They say adult versions have turned up as well, along with entire garbage bags ripped open and scattered.
